We are excited to invite you to be part of the WONCA APR 2025 scientific program by organizing a seminar or workshop. To submit a proposal, please include the session's objective, description, estimated number of attendees, and key themes or topics. We will provide a session slot, venue, and necessary equipment. Please note that the session organizer is responsible for coordinating the session and inviting speakers.

Session Types:

Workshop

Designed for longer, interactive sessions that provide participants with opportunities to expand their knowledge and develop new skills. These sessions encourage active engagement and learning, making them a traditional feature at WONCA conferences.

Seminar

A more formal lecture-based session led by distinguished speakers. These sessions typically feature expert presentations on specific topics, allowing for a focused educational experience.

Complete session organizer’s personal details in the form.
Select your submission type: Workshop or Seminar.

Submission Guidelines

Proposals must be submitted in English by December 28, 2024.
The scientific program committee will review all proposals based on standard evaluation criteria.
Following review, the committee may suggest modifications to session titles or timings.
Acceptance notifications will be sent via email to session organizers by January 27, 2025.
After acceptance, selected speakers must submit their abstracts through the online system in the designated session category.
Workshop abstracts are optional, but Seminar abstracts are required (maximum 250 words).
All presenters and organizers must complete their registration within the pre-registration period.
