The registration fees for WONCA APR 2025 are calculated based on US Dollars (USD).

• Developing Countries: This category is from one of the developing countries as defined according to WONCA Classification. (Click)
• Student: Registration guidelines of WONCA APR 2025 define a “student” as someone in an undergraduate or postgraduate course in medicine or health. Upload proof of student status (Student ID or Enrollment Certificate) on the WONCA APR 2025 sign-up page.
• Accompanying Person: Accompanying persons are spouses or family members only.
• Young Doctor Movement: This category is exclusively available for individuals who are members of the WONCA Young Doctor Movement. Please ensure your eligibility before selecting this registration option.
• One-day registration will not be applicable for presenters or session speakers.

• All payments should be made without charges for the beneficiary.
• The registration fee will be charged depending on when the actual payment is made.
• ONLY Online registration is available at the conference website.
• The registration will not be complete until you have paid your registration fee, and the registration confirmation email is sent.
• Payment must be made in Korean won for domestic participants and dollars for overseas participants.
• Participants from countries where restrictions apply to transfer foreign currency should contact the Organizing Secretariat.

• All bank service charges are to be paid by the participant.
• A copy of the bank transfer statement must be sent to the secretariat via email at regi@woncaap2025.org
• Please ensure that the sender’s name is the same as the registrant’s name in order for us to identify the registrant.
  If the names are not the same, please inform the secretariat via email at regi@woncaap2025.org

• Official receipts will be issued to the registrant on their [My Page].
• If you do not receive receipt on your [My Page],
  please contact the secretariat via e-mail at regi@woncaap2025.org and we will email you the receipt.

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing and emailed to regi@woncaap2025.org.
  
• No refunds will be issued after the regular registration period.
• All refunds will be made within 2 months after WONCA APR 2025 and all bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Bank transfer admission fees will not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments.

Cancellations made by February 28 (Fri), 2025 KST	100% Refund

• The organizers nor the venue can be held liable for any losses or damages to personal properties or health of the participants.
  The participants should arrange their own insurance to cover any medical costs.
